ANALYSIS: This much we know about Oliver Perez. He’s left-handed. He throws hard. And, opposing batters have little problem hitting him.

Willie Randolph wasn’t cool on the idea to begin with, but seven runs on 12 hits in three innings pretty much seals the deal.
